Instant Technology opens InstantTech B.V., its holding company in Amsterdam
Instant Technology took a key step in its internationalisation strategy with the incorporation of InstantTech B.V., a new holding company based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Amsterdam, June 2026 — The new entity is domiciled at Zuidplein 116, Tower One, floor 14, Amsterdam.
Why the Netherlands
The choice of the Netherlands is no accident: it is one of the jurisdictions most used by technology companies to structure their European expansion, thanks to its central logistical location, its stable legal framework for international business and a mature ecosystem for software and digital services companies.
In fact, InstantTech B.V.’s corporate purpose explicitly covers the development and commercialisation of software, the provision of information technology services, and the ability to hold, finance and manage other companies and ventures — the typical structure of a holding company designed to support a regional operation.
A clear mission: growing in Europe
With this new structure, Instant Technology aims to consolidate its international presence and lay the legal and operational groundwork to expand into different European markets more quickly, adapting its offer to the regulatory and commercial specifics of each country.
Next steps
With the holding company incorporated and registered, Instant Technology is now focused on the next steps of its expansion plan: defining the commercial strategy in the first target European markets and starting to build the teams and partnerships needed to sustain growth in the region.
