We were born in the field, not in theory

At Instant Technology we started by installing charge points. Not from a slide deck, but from the real work: coordinating installers, managing quotes, resolving issues and guiding customers who, in many cases, didn’t know where to start.

That’s where we understood the underlying problem. It wasn’t technical, it was structural: manual processes, no traceability and multiple actors with no coordination. A fragmented experience that didn’t match the product the customer had just bought.

So we decided to build what we would have liked to have from the beginning.

Why we joined AEDIVE

Today we take a step that matters especially to us: we are joining AEDIVE, where manufacturers, dealerships, energy companies and the key players in electric mobility in Spain come together.

This alliance isn’t just institutional, it’s strategic. We believe the future of the sector lies in integrating product and service into a single experience: that whoever buys an electric vehicle can sort out home charging in that same process, with no surprises and with the same quality they expect from the vehicle.

What we have built and what comes next

Today we manage thousands of installations a year in Spain, with an average rating of 4.9 out of 5 that customers give the platform’s installers. But beyond the numbers, what drives us is something else: simplifying the complex and making the transition to electric mobility genuinely accessible.

Joining AEDIVE is one more step along that path. And we are convinced the best is still to come.
